Fishers, IN – July 11, 2022 – Total LifestyleMed Care, a new Morris Plains Lifestyle Medicine office providing direct-to-consumer healthcare, announced the new opening of the business led by Bernadette Baronia-White, MD scheduled on 04/03/2023. Dr. Baronia-White brings new energy to the area’s Lifestyle Medicine landscape and is making care more accessible and personalized with a membership approach. As patients struggle to get prompt, personal medical attention, Total LifestyleMed Care’s membership-based care allows them to access a personal doctor that will collaborate with them on treatment and spend time working with them to get healthy and stay healthy. Dr. Baronia-White is enrolling new patients but will only accept a limited number in order to provide excellent care with no wait times and longer face-to-face visits. Total LifestyleMed Care emphasizes wellness and prevention for patients.

She opened Total LifestyleMed Care to help patients achieve their health goals by focusing on lifestyle changes and helping patients prevent future illness.

Total LifestyleMed Care provides care for patients for a clear, flat monthly fee of $259, $199, $159, or $119 depending on the membership selection. Dr. Baronia-White will deliver personal, unrushed, focused care to each patient. Visits are on time, last as long as necessary, (usually 30 – 90 minutes), and care is available whenever needed, in person or remotely by text, phone, email, and secure digital apps.
